Mechanical and Electronic Manufacturing

Mechanical and Electronic assembly is the process of assembling individual components together to become a working system or module. Assemblies can consist of various parts, from machined parts from one of the many machine shops to commercial standard parts such as screws, nuts, and pins. It may also include plastic, metal, or a variety of other materials. The processes of combining the components may include mechanical torque, brazing, welding, or a variety of other possible processes.   It can be many circuit boards with flex conditions to high temperature water tight containers.

We even have the ability electronic beam weld the whole assembly in a container with a hermetic seal connectors.

Drawings and Bill of Material are welcome it speeds product launch and ISO 9000 reviews but not necessary.  We have the 3D model tools and PCB auto routing technology ;   We have you covered on both ends.
